Abstract and Innovative projects Submission

Submission Deliverables

Participating teams are required to submit the following materials for evaluation:

  1. Project Abstract: A 150–250 words summary covering the problem, methodology, core solution, primary findings, and main impacts.
  2. Full Paper of Innovation Project: see STEM Innovation Project Paper Template as below.
  3. Demonstration Video: A 3-minute video presentation showcasing the working concept, prototype, or simulation.

Submission

Microsoft Word of abstract and full paper of innovation project, and link of demonstration video should be submitted through Microsoft CMT for review.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Eligibility & Entry Requirements

  • Target Audience: High school students (Ages 13–18).
  • Team Structure: Teams of 3 to 5 students, accompanied by at least 1 advisor/teacher.
