Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document with a maximum length of 250 words. Each abstract must include the title, authors, affiliations, email addresses, research objective, methodology, and key findings. Please submit the Word file through Microsoft CMT for review.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Paper Submission
ISES2026 authors can indicate their preferred journals for publication after the conference via Microsoft CMT. Following this, the ISES 2026 publication team will contact the authors to provide guidance on the submission process for each journal or proceedings.
Regarding your ISES 2026 paper submission, you may mention what journal you prefer to publish after the conference. We will ask you for extra publication charges:
- Publication fee of about 50 USD if you mention one of two journals, including (1) Asia Research Network Journal of Education, or (2) Journal of Innovation, Advancement, and Methodology in STEM Education (J-IAMSTEM).
- Publication fee of about 180 USD if you mention one of two journals, including (1) Journal of Physics: Conference Series, or (2) AIP Conference Proceeding,
